العوامل المؤثرة فى استخدام التكنولوجيا والوسائط المتعددة فى التدريب والتعليم (دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسات القطاع العام والخاص بدولة الكويت)

      تعتبرالتكنولوجيا، والوسائط المتعددة Multimedia and web Technologies  نقلة تطورية فى العصر الرقمي، ففتحت افاق جديدة فى جميع المجالات منها:التعليمية ،والصناعية ، والاقتصادية ، والتجارية، والصحية ، والاستثمارية.كما فرضت تقدما كبيرا فى اساليب التعليم خاصة البيئات الافتراضية-والتعليم عن بعد-وتعليم اللغة.كما ساعد استخدام اليوتيوب الرقمي فى تعليم مفاهيم تربوية جديدة حول المشاكل الصحية كالسمنة، ونشر الوعى والتثقيف الصحى والنفسى، والبدنى، والاقتصادى، والاجتماعى بأشكاله المختلفة .
     هدف البحث الى القاء الضوء على اهمية التكنولوجيا والوسائط المتعددة فى التدريب والتعليم والتعلم لتننمية الكوادر البشرية، والعوامل الحاكمة التى تؤثر فيه فى ضوء الرؤيا المستقبلية لزيادة الاستثمار الوطنى لتحقيق فاعلية الثروة البشرية الماهرة المدربة التى اصبحت معيارا يقاس به تقدم شعوب العالم.
     ولذلك اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى المعتمد على أسلوبي المقابلات والأستبيانات.  وتم تطبيقه على (77) مؤسسة كويتية (40 قطاع عام، 37 قطاع خاص) بهدف التوصل إلي رؤيا تساعد على تطبيق استخدام الوسائط المتعددة والتكنولوجية في التدريب والتعليم، مع تحديد أهم العوامل الحاكمة التي تؤثر على نجاح أنشطة التدريب المعتمدة على الوسائط المتعددة وتطبيقاتها في دولة الكويت.
     بينت مناقشة النتائج الميدانية للبحث عدد من العوامل الحاكمة التي تؤثر تأثيرا مباشراً على الإحتياجات التدريبية في االمؤسسات الكويتية،وحددها كما يلي:

          وتوصلت نتائج البحث أيضا إلى العوامل التي تؤثر في نجاح التدريب في إستخدام التكنولوجيا والوسائط فتضع فى الاعتبار المتعددة في االمؤسسات الكويتية بوجودأربع عوامل، رئيسية تعتبر حرجة وحاكمة في نجاح الانشطة التدريبية بالمؤسسات الكويتيه وهي:

عامل الوسيلة التدريبية .
عامل تحديد الإحتياج التدريبي.
عامل الادارة .
عامل التكنولوجيا والعاملين.

   ولكي تنجح المؤسسات في انشطتها التدريبية بإستخدام التكنولوجيا والوسائطالمتعددة فتضع فى الاعتبار  هذه العوامل والتي تتواجد في بيئاتهم التدريبية قبل التفكير في تطبيقات التدريب بواسطة التكنولوجيا والوسائطالمتعددة. وعلى الإدارة عدم القفز من مرحلة إلى اخرى قبل التأكد بأنهم نجحوا في المرحلة السابقة وتم التخلص من مشاكلها.
      كما افرد الباحثان رؤياهم المستقبلية لاستثمار العاملين ،وتنمية الموارد البشرية من وجهة نظرهم ،وزيل البحث بعدد من المقترحات والتوصيات التى تهم العاملين فى هذا المجال.
