     هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة واقع الذكاء التنظيمـــــــــي لدى مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة أسوان، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان الذي طبق على عينة ممثلة قوامها (375) من معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمراكز محافظة أسوان، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الذكاء التنظيمي يلعب دورًا هامًا في تحسين الأداء وزيادة الإنتاجية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، وأن المديرين وفقا للذكاء التنظيمي يقومون بدور كبير في توفير المناخ التنظيمي، وانتهى البحث بتقديم توصيات عن تفعيل الذكاء التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.


Research summary:

The current research aimed to activate organizational intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Egypt, as organizational intelligence is one of the most important guarantees of success in achieving excellence in basic education through the development and raising the efficiency of the performance of educational leaders in the tasks assigned to them, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum and the questionnaire applied to a sample of teachers of basic education schools in Aswan governorate, and the results of the research concluded that organizational intelligence plays an important role in improving performance and increasing productivity in basic education schools, and that managers according to organizational intelligence play a major role in providing an organizational climate, and the research ended with recommendations on activating organizational intelligence among principals of basic education schools, The research ended with recommendations on activating organizational intelligence among principals of basic education schools.
